Required Skills
• Meet with clients to conduct needs analysis and make recommendations on Salesforce customizations
• Develop project scope and schedule, gather business requirements, define action steps for project
• Customize to meet business needs including picklists, fields, dashboards, reporting, etc.
• Develop and deliver training on customizations
• 2 to 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator
• 5 years as a business analyst
• certification preferred
• B.S. in computer science, information systems or related degree
