• Responsible for dealing with Roles, Profiles, Access Settings, Workflow Rules, Validations, creation and modification of fields, page layouts and upload of data.
• Creating Workflows and Triggers, Reports and Dashboards.
• Building rich user interfaces using visual force, JQuery and JavaScript.
• Expertise in setting up communities in salesforce using newly introduced templates feature.
• Knowledge on features provided by SFDC like Live Agent, Streaming API etc.
• Expertise in data migration using tools like apex data loader, dataloader.io.
• Expert in configuration and customization of Salesforce.com application
• Expertise in Out of box features provided by SFDC like Email2Case, Web2Case, Single Sign-on, Workflow-rules, approval-processes, assignment-rules, Sites, Reports and Dashboardsetc.
• Expertise in building SOAP and Rest Full Web services in Salesforce to provide integrationsbetween SFDC and other applications.
• Expertise in environment setup, code migration using tools like force.com IDE, Force.Com
• Migration (ANT) tool and change sets.
• Good experience in requirement gathering and analysis and preparation of technical
• Developing visual force pages to meet the business requirements.
• Ability to effectively map business requirements to software requirements and emerge withan effective, efficient and user friendly software solution.
