• Patriciate in business process work shop with process owners, business users and business process leads.
  • Evaluate business process and map with Oracle Transportation Management [OTM] process
  • Identify business process gaps and evaluate solution
  • Design and implement gaps to achieve business functionality
  • Assist super user/users understating of OTM application

 

• Participate in solution finalization workshops with process owners, business users and business process leads
  • Build scenarios with test cases
  • Build functional & technical design and develop identified gaps.
  • Perform unit tests and integration test.

 

• Participate in testing phase
  • Involve in system integration test and assist user community on shows stoppers & critical issues.
  • Involve in User Acceptance Tests and assist user community on shows stoppers and critical issues.

 

• Involve in configuration & migration phase
  • Configure/migrate OTM functional & technical setups in SIT, UAT & Production.

 

• Involve in End user training, Go live and post production
  • Involve end user training and help user community.
  • Involve in cut-over activities during Go-Live
  • Support user community and business process leads on all production shows stoppers and all other issues in OTM.
  • Work on post go-live changes
