team member who is detailed-oriented, proactive self-starter to support new Mulesoft API Management layer that interacts between Salesforce community pages and other various clients with the backend data sources, as well as third party data indexers like Coveo.

\r\nResponsibilities: 
\r\nInstall and configure API Management layer in production and non-production environments 
\r\nDeploy new API integrations in to production and non-production environments 
\r\nMonitor resource usage (CPU, Memory and Disc) and proactively fix any potential issues 
\r\nMonitor application deployed in production environments and proactively resolve system and data issues 
\r\nWork closely with project team (project manager, solution architect, product owners, system analysts, developers and other support teams) to ensure operational best practices and monitoring capabilities are embedded in new application design 
\r\nWork with developers to triage production bugs 
\r\nManage queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues. 
\r\nWork with Product owners, BSA to support User Acceptance testing 
\r\nWork with Product owners and BSA to validate and sign off on Supportability functionality 
\r\nParticipate in technical design review discussions with solution architect and provide feedback. 
\r\nCreate shell scripts to automate and improve support process 
\r\nCreate reports and dashboards in Salesforce to help monitoring production applications 
\r\nCreate reports, dashboards and alerts in Splunk to proactively monitor integration applications 
\r\nDocument support process, standard operational procedures, support reference manuals. 
\r\n
\r\nRequired Skills: 
\r\n4+ years of experience using Unix/Linux OS environments 
\r\n4+ years of experience with any API management/governance tool 
\r\n4+ years of experience with Oracle database and SQL queries 
\r\n2+ years experience with Salesforce administration and SOQL 
\r\n1+ years experience with data indexers like Coveo or alternative 
\r\nGood understanding of search capabilities in Salesforce community pages 
\r\nVery strong understanding of Java or Java based technologies 
\r\nGood understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and concepts 
\r\nWillingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts 
\r\nFamiliarity and comfort working within strict Change Management and Release Management processes 
\r\nExceptional research skills and resourcefulness, Strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues 
\r\nDemonstrated ability to build and execute efficient business processes and methodologies. 
\r\nExcellent written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on tone, structure, grammar, and spelling 
\r\nAbility to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. 
\r\nBachelor degree in computer sciences, programming or a related field 
\r\nFamiliarity with Software Release Management principles and methodology including Adaptive Delivery Methodology (ADM)
