• Writing apex code to setup auto tasks when an Opportunity is created for a Sales person.

• Design, Implementation, and Deployment of custom objects, page layouts, custom tabs and components.

• Maintaining functional and business requirement documents during the implementation of the project which helps in resolving any issues from the customers.

• Work on Data Modelling, API integration.

• Making use of the numerous API’s available which are responsible for the integration of information and processes from all the systems and making the platform work efficiently.

• Use work flow rules for tasks, email alerts and time triggered events. 15%

• Using Time triggered actions to automatically send email notifications when a case is created, resolved and closed.

• Use data loader for inserts, update and bulk import Accounts, cases, contacts, leads.

• Bulk uploading of more than 50,000 leads into Salesforce.

• Customized tabs for different user groups and business centers.
