Description:		(1) Tech Arch (Org Consol project) with heavy amount of customer-facing / onsite work (McLean, VA) – at least first 6 weeks. Job description – Salesforce Technical Architect (T0/T1 – 8-15 years Exp) · 8+ years of enterprise consulting experience implementing salesforce – primarily Salesforce Sales, App and Service Cloud · 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Architect in a mid to large sized organization with demonstrated leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization. · Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, and master data management. · Experience with salesforce org and health assessment to plan for the future salesforce platform strategy · Experience on org consolidation, classic to lightning migration and architecture redesign · Architectural design experience across all 3 layers – Data, Integration (API) and UI (Front-end) · 1+ years’ experience moving orgs from classic to lightning experience · Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration. · Guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value. · A particular desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience. · Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences. · Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or in a related field. Masters Degree Preferred. · Salesforce Developer certifications is a must-have. · Salesforce Application/Technical architect certifications is a big plus.
