Sr. Certified Okta Technical Consultant
They will be taking over all technical responsibilities for managing Okta: (Onboarding new applications, rolling out additional features troubleshooting issues).
Client would like them to be moderately competent in all components of the Okta stack. 
The only thing this person does not need is OAG and CIAM experience 
They will be managing all workforce components. So probably someone who has been an administrator as well as a implementation consultant
