  • Salesforce Community Cloud Analyst – HIGH PRIORITY
End Client: Cisco Systems Bill Rate: As per Market
Support the existing Salesforce solutions within Service Cloud and Community Cloud (and related solutions),
Support trouble-shooting issues and implementing small to medium enhancements.
Contribute to large strategic projects and/or new solutions in this space.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate and regional stakeholders, analyzing and understanding business requirements, business processes, functional requirements, cross-functional needs, and system capabilities
Employ a variety of approaches to collecting and documenting business, functional and user requirements such as leading workshops, writing use cases, creating context diagrams, performing stakeholder analysis, etc
Design and implement Salesforce-based solutions to meet or exceed business requirements, adhering to best practices and solutions design standards, with an emphasis on maximizing out-of-the-box solutions
Collaborate regularly with other Business Systems Analysts and Application Solution Consultants on cross-functional requests and solutions
Collaborate regularly with Technical leads, Salesforce developers, and integration developers on functional requirements to implement custom extensions or application integrations to satisfy business requirements when needed
Support Project Managers planning, execution and management of project deliverables and risks
Work closely with QA analysts and may perform functional, regression, unit, functional and user acceptance testing
Salesforce Admin certification required
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool is a plus

 
  • SFDC Community Cloud Developer with QUIP—TOP PRIORITY
End Client: Cisco Systems Bill Rate: As per Market
• Quip Liveapp development experience using https://quip.com/dev/liveapps/1.x.x/reference APIS
• Salesforce Lighting Design System (SLDS) React development experience using https://react.lightningdesignsystem.com/
• Ability to implement Salesforce SOQL queries

 
  • Salesforce Community Cloud Architect – HIGH PRIORITY
End Client: Cisco Systems Bill Rate: As per Market
1. Must have Lightning knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model
2. Must have Hands on Customization Apex, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch and Schedule Apex
3. Must have Awareness of Application Migration Tools/Methods
4. Must have Awareness of Data Migration Apex Data Loader
5. Must troubleshoot and debug the code/issue with minimal supervision
6. Must create technical design from Functional design/Requirement
7. Must have delivery of Salesforce Build and Application Maintenance Projects
8. Must have salesforce certifications preferbly on sales cloud & community cloud

 
  • Salesforce Community Cloud Developer
End Client: Cisco Systems Bill Rate: As per Market
• Hands-on configuration in SFDC Sales & community  Cloud, complex APEX code and configuration, Flow Builder, Process Builder, Customer/Partner communities set up, and creation/maintenance of lightning components.
• Write Visualforce and Apex classes/ custom web services and triggers with proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, AJAX, Java, and REST-based web services.
• Design and own the Salesforce Community environments (UX/UI).
• Knowledge of continuous deployment practices, including automated testing and continuous integration.
• Perform A/B testing or other techniques to measure the effectiveness of design, reliability, and user experience.
• Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements, translate those requirements to technical/business solution options, and be able to communicate those effectively back to the customer, both from a technical and business aspect.
• Complete platform ownership; managing and reducing technical debt for Salesforce. Conduct architectural evaluations.
• Salesforce Integration Developer with expertise in integrating in and out of Salesforce to other cross-platform such as SSO, outreach etc.
• Experience in Salesforce SOAP and REST API Integration
