Role: Project Manager

Job Role & Responsibility:
·         Be accountable for attainment of overall project goals while managing scope and stakeholder expectations.
·         Establish a budget & delivery schedule, based on project requirements and in consultation with stakeholders and team members.
·         Determine resource needs and coordinate requests for personnel, tools/technologies and other resources.
·         Maintain project documentation including updates to the project portfolio, plans, schedules & status reports.
·         Manage project artifacts as per IT SDLC processes; planning to project closure
·         Communicate project details regularly to stakeholders & leadership. Lead presentations related to projects, as requested.
·         Use appropriate interpersonal styles & communication methods to work effectively with project stakeholders & technical teams.
·         This includes defining & meeting mutual goals, objectives, and implementation strategies
·         Effective negotiation of project issues related to risk, cost, time & deliverables.
 
Experience with:
·         Experience leading large complex projects in either a project or program management role
·         Experience managing implementations of SAS Analytics & Infrastructure technologies
·         Experience with Atlassian tools such as ServiceNow, Jira & Confluence
·         Resolves problems / conflicts with minimal management assistance; escalates appropriately
·         PMP Certification
