Good morning,
 
a. Strong experience in SFDC development using Apex classes, Triggers, Visual Force, Batch Classes, Schedulers, SOQL and SOSL
b. Should have knowledge about design pattern for Apex
c. Should have excellent understanding of Salesforce governor limits and should be able to suggest and select the best optimized solution
d. Should know about usage of AppExchange and utilization of existing salesforce tools and apps
e. Should know the debugging techniques and tools to be used for debugging
f. Good Knowledge of packaging and deploying the application using Change Sets and Force.com Eclipse IDE and ANT
g. Good Knowledge about Integration patterns and webservice/https callouts. Should have knowledge with building custom SOAP/REST Endpoints in APEX
 
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Development Experience.
 
a. PD1 and PD2 Certification
b. Good to have led Team of  2-3 Junior Developers
