We are looking for a PM to manage a new Worryfree project in the Digital Products & Services area. I have included a summary of the project below so that you can find the appropriate candidates.

 

Location: Local is preferred but not required.

Executive Summary

The WorryFree Enhancement program was introduced as a response from the ASB, to ensure that we continue to service our contract customers, provide them with the appliance diagnostics, repair services and drive sales. This project will increase customer accessibility to Tech Talk agents and the Worry Free product through enhancement to the IVR, Website and Ops channels.

• New Salesforce case management for customer inquiries to support 360 Customer Relations operations

• Closed loop feedback from surveys collect

• Increase customer proactive communications to reduce inbound calls

• New referral program for external partners and internal employees
