Key Responsibilities:

• CyberArk Administration & Operational Support:
  • Maintain, configure, and manage CyberArk components and environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Oversee Privileged Session Manager (PSM) component installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Provide operational support for CyberArk tools, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues as they arise.
• Implementation & Upgrades:
  • Plan, design, and implement CyberArk solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate on upgrades and installations of various CyberArk components, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal downtime.
• Infrastructure Management:
  • Support and maintain Windows and Linux environments.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure migrations from on-prem to cloud, specifically focusing on AWS environments.
• Automation & Scripting:
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for CyberArk and infrastructure management using Python, Terraform, and other tools.
  • Automate deployment and configuration tasks to streamline CyberArk operations and management.
• Active Directory & AWS:
  • Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory for secure access management.
  • Manage and support deployments of CyberArk in AWS environments, ensuring compliance with AWS security best practices.
