Job Title: Service Now BA

Location: Chicago, IL--(Day 1 onsite & Hybrid Model) and multiple other locations

Duration: Long Term

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to support role and personal management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in role analysis, persona management, and a deep understanding of user roles and their alignment to operational needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to define and manage personas, ensuring effective role mapping and governance within the environment.

Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.

·         Analyze user roles and ensure alignment with business needs.

·         Support the development and implementation of role and persona management initiatives.

·         Assist in defining and managing personas to improve operational efficiency.

·         Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.

·         Document processes, requirements, and recommendations clearly and concisely.

·         Provide support in governance and compliance efforts related to role and persona management.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

·         5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on role and persona management.

·         Proven experience in conducting role analysis and defining role requirements.

·         Strong understanding of persona management and user role frameworks.

·         Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.

·         Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools
