1. Deep understanding of the SFDC product suite and ability to solution customer needs on the SFDC platform with:
* Custom development, integration and maintenance of cloud-based
sales and customer service applications
* Agile Development, deployment through incremental innovative solution
* Integrating SFDC with external social media applications for
internal and external communities
* Lead Design, Development, implementation and technical solutions
2. 8 to 10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience with at least 5 years of experience managing large technology engagements.
3. 4+ Year Salesforce.com
experience with in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application.
4. Experience with Data Architecture within SFDC, to design and develop a scalabale data model based on customer requirements.
5. Experience in developing SFDC custom objects and work-flow business rules, third-party tools (e.g. Link Point 360, SFDC Data Loader, etc), the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visualforce, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, etc.)
1. Atleast 1+ years experience with Insurance Domain preferred
2. Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc as related to SFDC
