4+ years* experience with Java in a Professional enviroment.
 A strong software development background with cumulative Java/J2EE experience
Solid experience in  JSP, Servlets, Domain Object Model, Struts, etc.
Individual must have the ability to work independently or within a team and be open to taking guidance and suggestions
