Senior Manager, Warehouse Robotics and Automation
Location: Bridgewater, NJ (hybrid) and also in Glasgow, KY
The Senior Manager, Warehouse Robotics and Automation leads the introduction of robotics and physical AI across clients's distribution network. The role selects and deploys autonomous mobile robots, goods-to-person systems, vision-guided picking and AI orchestration, starting with a pilot at the KY distribution centers within six months of start and expanding to additional U.S. warehouses. The Senior Manager owns robotics strategy, vendor selection, fleet design, deployment and fleet performance, and works with IT business partner, warehouse systems, Quality and operations colleagues who own system integration, validation and warehouse processes. The role requires hands-on experience taking warehouse robotics from selection to steady-state operation, ideally in a regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution environment.
