The ideal candidate should be highly detail oriented, proactive, and experienced working on projects involving enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Slack, without requiring hands-on configuration or development experience in those tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
Strong experience working on Agile or Scrum-based projects.
Demonstrated experience supporting projects that involved Salesforce, MuleSoft, and or Slack, without a requirement for hands-on system configuration or development.
