1. Salesforce customization – APEX and Visual force 2. Strong Configuration skills 3. Experience in deployment using Change Set and ANT 4. Lightning skills will be a plus 5. Experience working on Sales Cloud projects **Please Make Sure That Candidates Have Good Communication Skills Project would like to see more experience candidates; please do not submit candidates that recently obtained their certification
** Please make sure candidates have experience with a number of complex force.com projects. Experience must include custom page development and the use of custom built business rules to complete complex workflows. Candidates must be senior level and have ventured beyond standard SFDC capabilities **
ROLE: Salesforce Developer
Experience in a technical role on at least three full-lifecycle SFDC implementations, with strong expertise in Force.com, plus at least one of the following areas/modules:
o Sales Cloud o Service Cloud o Marketing Cloud · Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments Required Experience = Designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in a track/workstream leadership role
Preferred Experience = Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
