Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will manage the relationships with clients, provide information regarding our services and redirect calls to appropriate departments. This candidate must have strong follow-up skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and maintain a positive working relationship with customers.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
• Answer inbound calls, follow scripted messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments and make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
• data entry
• Listen and respond to customers needs and questions regarding services
• Perform special projects and assignments as needed
Qualifications for the Office Assistant:
• Strong customer focused approach and ability to communicate with customers over the phone
• Previous experience with rapport building with customers/clients over the phone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 1-2 yrs working as an office assistant or customer service representative
- Qualification: BA or BS
- US citizens or Green Card holders only.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience
