● Communicate with project leads, product managers, and other software
developers
● Participating in code and design reviews
● Becoming domain experts on aspects of the payment processing industry
What you’ll need:
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
● 4+ years of programming experience in Python.
● Hands-on experience with automated testing,building, and deployment
systems (CI/CD).
● Emerging ability to lead and influence a team's technical direction
● Hands-on experience with database and cloud technologies (Preferably
AWS)
● Emerging ability to design resilient software components within a distributed
system.
● Our core stack is Python, migrating from system software in C, and legacy
PHP in some places; as part of our move to the cloud, knowledge on 
Kubernetes, and AWS technologies like EKS/Lambda/RDS/Aurora/Dynamo is must.

I have these multiple requirement for 3 levels of python engineers (multiple positions).
Junior (1-5 years), mid-level (5-8 years) and senior (8+ years).
